I had a fabulous time at the hotel! The staff was amazing, and the beach was simply glorious. However, the all-inclusive experience was a bit different than I expected, especially with limited drink hours and some extra charges for premium items. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially during a challenging incident with my son.
