mixed experience at this hotel
faulty air conditioning excessive deposit
the location directly AT the beach met my expectations adequately the sea was easily accessible
my stay was marred by several issues the condition of my room was subpar the air conditioning did not function correctly this resulted in a consistently clammy environment the provided hand towel felt more like a weapon than a tool for hygiene additionally the deposit required upon arrival was excessive

Excellent Hotel Near the Beach
clean room friendly staff breakfast options reliable wifi
I had a king room balcony. The room was clean daily. The hotel is located at the southern end of the beach. There is a 7/11 across the road, convenient. The hotel offers ample supply of sunbeds and the staff made sure no sunbeds could be reserved before 9:30. The breakfast buffet had many options. I found the staff to be friendly and always ready to help. The beach is lovely and close to the hotel. The hotel pools were kept very clean. There are many tall trees planted on the grounds. It felt comfortable to sit on a lounge chair and enjoy the sea breeze. The hotel is right next to the beach. I appreciated the Smart TV and reliable wifi. The fridge was a good size. Water pressure in the shower was good. The hotel grounds seemed well kept, though some upgrades could be made.
The gym equipment is limited to a few machines.

mixed feelings about this stay
uncomfortable bed separate spa
the bed was not good. it had a topper and it felt very uncomfortable all night. i also found it strange that spa facilities were not included, especially since it is advertised as a spa hotel. i had to pay extra for the sauna, and i did expect a more thai style at this location.

fantastic stay!
clean pools perfect location
I loved the pools. They were kept very clean and had many sunbeds and shades available. it was great they didn't allow reserving sunbeds before 9:30 am, which prevented people from hogging them all day. the hotel's location was perfect since it was right in town and across from a 7/11 which i used daily.
The gym had only two treadmills, a cycle, dumbbells, and kettlebells in a small area. Using free weights felt unsafe there.

The room had a spacious layout and a balcony. It was cleaned daily. I really liked the view from the balcony. the bathroom featured a great shower and plenty of shelving for toiletries.

hotel position put me right in the town, with a 7/11 just across the road. the hotel provided convenient access to many nearby restaurants. this made it easy to dine out and explore local shops.

the hotel provided ample sunbeds around the pools. staff ensured no sunbeds were reserved before 9.30 am. this policy guaranteed everyone had fair access, which i appreciate very much.

I found the beach proximity good. breakfast had variety of choices. i liked the pools. They were large with warm water. staff was friendly too.

chemical burns wrinkled fingers
The breakfast had a wide range of selection with western and local choices. That was acceptable.
the children all suffered chemical burns in the pools. we weren't sure at first and had to keep smothering them in vaseline. adults found their fingers 'wrinkled' within ten minutes of being in the pool.
